Program Goals
The major goal of the Coastal Training Program is to improve decision-making related to coastal resources management at local and regional levels.
The Program's Objectives include:
- Providing information, tools, and skills to people who make decisions about coastal resources.
- Improving relationships of program providers and coastal decision makers and allowing for collaboration.
- Helping people understand and manage the effects of human activities on coastal resources.
